Breaking: The Pagani Zonda Uno Has Sold!

I was searching through my Flickr contacts today and found that the Pagani Zonda Uno has been sold to a new owner in Azerbaijan. You may remember the car was initially commissioned by the Al-Thani Family, the Qatari Royal Family famous for buying their cars in this color, after having wrecked it in Qatar. The car, originally a Zonda F Roadster, was then rebuilt by Pagani as a one-off special edition. Last year the car was put up for sale on JamesList, a Craig’s List for the wealthy if you will. Although the final sale price is unknown, the original asking price was 1.7 millon Euros.

Beautiful! I, for one, would like to congratulate the new owner of the only car that has ever been worth more money after being totalled. Congratulations, you wealthy, wealthy man.
