Florida..old folks…sloppy performance…uninspired design..a marque needing to put out of it’s misery?
Things change.
3,200 lbs. 6 speed sequential, no lift shift, gearbox. Limited-slip rear diff. Big ass, 6 pot (front) / 4 pot (rear), Brembo brakes. Pirelli racing tires on 305/645×18 front, 315/675×18 spec BBS wheels. 6.2L V8 aluminum block and heads. 460 hp (restricted by series), 477 lb.-ft of torque.

Thanks! As “guest” mentioned, the answer is Audi RS-6. Champion Racing was heading up Audi Sport North America’s racing efforts in SCCA World Challenge.
It was fun to see the two marques go at it. And LOTS of controversy of the two cars. Cadillac dropping and moving the engine from the stock CTS-V position, building a semi-tube frame for the front. Audi with it’s “unfair advantage” AWD system and turbos. SCCA trying it’s best to maintain parity amongst the cars. Etc, etc, etc..
