Ah, the Caterham. Insanely fast track cars that have the same styling of a mule pulled wagon. And about the same technology too. No roof, no heater, and no mercy in anything but perfect sunshine. But we at the Daily Derbi love them, especially after Top Gear proved they can hold a candle to even the best supercars (the Veyron).
Now on the other side of the world from the Top Gear test track, three new models were introduced to the Caterham family. The new models include the CSR 175 EU4, the EU4 Roadsport, and the super light R300 EU4…as if Caterhams needed to loose any more weight. Ya, details (and pictures) are scarce but we do know that Caterham has debuted these cars in Japan in hopes of increasing sales and support for the 15 Caterham dealers there.
But needless to say, these peppy little kit cars will be nothing short of fantastic on the performance side of things. Just look at how fast this Caterham R500 went around the Top Gear test track.
