Lamborghini Aventador LP700-4-6

If you’ve had enough of the endless spy shots of the new Lamborghini Aventador in stupid swirly disguises, then pay attention to this year’s Geneva Auto Show as Lambo is planning on finally completely unveiling their brandnew flagship supercar there. So before the big unveil, we wanted to prep you up with what we consider the absolutely essential details to know about a supercar before its big arrival.

Full Name: Lamborghini is notorious for branding their vehicles with long names full of numbers and dashes and secret meanings. Case and point- the Lamborghini Aventador LP700-4.

Speed: Putting pavement behind you very quickly is a standard feature on all Lamborghinis and the Aventador is no exception. Its designers say it will top out just over 200 MPH… that is if you have the distance and the balls to do it. 0-60 drops well below the new 3 second benchmark for supercars and deals with it in just ¬†2.7 seconds, a time that is pretty much¬†incomprehensible to everyone except supercar owners.

Power: This car isn’t so much mid-engined as it is almost all engine. It’s got a huge 6.5-litre V12 that’s good for 700 HP and 509 lb-ft of torque.

Price: Don’t even bother saving, just start dreaming. Owning your own Aventador will cost you $370,000. But hey, we’re sure there’s plenty of people wanting to spend all of their hard-earned money they’ve made in the last couple years….oh….wait…
