New Baby Maserati – You Don’t Say!

Worst Photoshop job ever? Yeah.
We were excited to hear today that Maserati plans to release a competitor to the BMW 5-series. We don’t all share the same opinion about Maser, but we’re definitely excited to see what it’s going to look like, considering Maserati’s hit-or-miss design history (ie. Coupe=ugly; Quattroporte=decent; GranTurismo=hot; etc).
Expect the baby Maser in 2015, and we hope it kicks mad trash for the cool $68,000 that one will lay down for it.
This could really be a winner if they brought over one of the modified Ferrari engines like they do for the rest of their cars, but we’re guessing in a sub-$100k car, we’ll get something from Auntie Fiat… Come on Maserati, don’t let us down! POOOOOOOWER!

$68,000 for a Maserati? Wow. Just to say that sounds pretty cool. Cool enough to shell out $68k.

Agreed. I just wonder if I’m going to look at it and say, “oh, that’s just the cheap Maserati” like I do with the 360 Modena or F430.
