Who: Aston Martin
When: Tested last week, release set for late 2010
What: While Aston Martin may have taken a giant step back with their 4-door Rapide saloon, they also have something new in store for the performance crowd. This is the One-77, Aston’s newest supercar, and in terms of performance it shows up with bells and whistles on.
In theory the car was supposed to reach a tidy 214 mph but in testing the One-77 reached a top speed of 220- the fastest Aston Martin ever made. Its release is scheduled for late 2010.

How can you possibly say that the Rapide is a giant step back?

@0dab314b8f54e323ca609c28d32d4675:disqus Although I totally agree with you – the Rapide is a beautiful piece of work – the public in general doesn’t seem to agree. The Rapide model hasn’t been hitting its sales targets and they’ve lowered production. Sad. Day.
