Round 3 of WinterX

Round 3 of WinterX

Round 3 of Miller Motorsports Park’s WinterX series happened the past weekend of January 10th. Everything from Miatas, CRX, S4, Lancers, Porsche 911s, even SUVs, attempted to tackle the Miller Motorsports Park track as fast as the can. Each driver faced ever changing conditions: from slush, to ice, to dry pavement. All under the constant and non-relenting ticking of the lap clock. Yes fine readers, this is a timed lap battle, regardless of the elements!

If you want a challenge during the “down time” of racing season, this is one of the better places to gain more seat time, with the added benefit doing so under a variety of conditions! Those interested, the next round of the WinterX series happens February 15th. Check MMP’s website for more details.

You can also check out pictures of Round 1 and Round 2.

Thanks to Miller Motorsports Park for their help during the weekend!

This was my first time going out to Miller Motorsport and placing my car out on the track… Lets just say I had a smile the whole time out there. Winterx Round 3 was one of the best things to start my year off! One i won’t forget! Great photos!
