Here we have a Ferrari F458 Italia, in race trim. A fine example of Italian design and engineering meets American tuning and development.
This race bred, GT classed F458 is tuned to produce around 500 HP@6250 rpm and 383 lb-ft of torque @ 5750 rpm. Yet, still running the street version 4497CC V8 screaming Italian engine.
Some of the race goodies this particular car includes a Six-Speed Sequential transmission and a diet to bring the car down to 2800lbs, compared to the 3042lbs of the street car. Really, who needs a stereo, leather interior, and power seats in a race car???
While it’s not clear if Alex Job Racing will be running a Ferrari in the new Tudor United SportsCar Championship, we can still appreciate the race car running via a slew of YouTube videos race videos.
