Why Are All the Crazy Ones from Utah?

Seriously, more crazy women seem to pop up in car news than any other state. You must remember the crazy, naked Utah woman a couple months ago, and now this.
The 19-year-old Hayley Arnell was drunk, driving down I-15 near point of the mountain, in the HOV lane, going the wrong way. 4 wrongs apparently don’t make a right. A state trooper saw the Riverton girl, sped ahead, and flipped around to cut her off, lights a blazing. Utah Highway Patrol was awesome enough to release the dashcam video. Have a look-see. We’ve started the video right when the action starts.
We love how the cop keeps totally cool, especially after she hits him! It’s so nice to see video of cops being awesome rather than aggressively overusing their power.
Aside from being the hottest mug shot photo we’ve ever seen come out of the ranks of ugly arrestees, Hayley, you just $%#@ed the wrong chicken.

1. Cop is a total stud.
2. WTF were all the cars driving by at freeway speeds and not pulling over to the far lane? If I saw a cop get hit by a drunk girl going the wrong way on the freeway right in front of me, I’d slow down and move. Freaking Utah drivers.

@Chad – for real on the cop. If that happened to me, I wouldn’t be calmly shouting ’10-50′, I’d be screaming ‘Arhg! A car just hit me!!!’

@dcold – that’s awesome. If I were her, I’d take it down. Looks a little older than 19 in the pic, but it’s hard to match a totally trashed to a moderately trashed face

I got stuck in that freaking traffic! I was suppose to move OUT of the carpool lane and the retard on the right wouldn’t let me merge! They opened the lane right when I would have needed to move over. Drivers here kinda piss me off. lol
